Slackware x86 contains a number of root disks images, including
rescue, network and friends.

Slackware ARM has two files that you will find in this directory.

 initrd-versatile.img:  

   An initial RAM disk of the Slackware installer containing
   the Kernel modules for the 'ARM Versatile' development board.

 uinitrd-kirkwood.img:

   A 'U-Boot' format initial RAM disk of the Slackware Installer
   containing the Kernel modules for use with the Marvell
   Kirkwood series.
                      
For instructions about how to use these installer images,
please see the appropriate documentation in the root directory of 
the Slackware ARM tree.

If you wish to unpack one of the U-Boot images, please refer to 
../kernels/README.TXT for instructions.

The Slackware ARM Installer and can also be used as a rescue environment.
